Unfasten shoulder strap from pouch buckle.

Find the open side of pouch arm sling and put that so it faces your good arm.

Insert the arm into the pouch with the elbow placed snugly into the corner.

Rest the thumb in thumb cradle.

Put the strap around the neck, secure it with buckle closure.

Make sure that arm should rest horizontally.

Position shoulder pad over the shoulder at maximum pressure point for comfort.
